Fee Rate
Fees are an important issue to individuals seeking counseling services. The fee for individual sessions is $40/hour. Longer or shorter sessions will be prorated from this fee. Couples and family sessions will be $50/hour. Groups will be charged at the rate of $15 per individual for 1-1/2 hour session.

Payment Method
Payment is required at the beginning of the session. Payment may be made by cash or cashiers check. No personal checks can be accepted. If an individual is unable to provide payment at the time of session (unless prior arrangements have been made), the session will not be held, and the client may reschedule.

Missed Appointments
If a client is unable to keep an appointment, please call the office as soon as possible. If an appointment is canceled or missed without 24 hours notice, the client will be billed at the rate of 1/2 the session fee ($20) at the time of the next scheduled session.
